This one is actually already old news, but I recently discovered it via Drawn.

Codehunters is a sci-fi/western anime hybrid short developed by UK’s Blinkink for MTV Asia. The style and the animation are really gorgeous, you almost don’t realize it’s all CG.

I’m still downloading the whole thing, and you can do the same by clicking here, but if you can’t wait for all the 147MB to download, go watch it online at the official site. Actually, this was done in 2006, so it’s probably that all of you already knew about this sweet short, and I’m the last person on Earth to discover this gem. Oh well!

Daniel Araujo’s drawings

Another day, another deviant that is featured here. This time it’s Daniel Araujo, aka, justflyakite. You can see his drawings are purely anime, and has some cute little characters that reminded me of Pokemon (and I don’t like Pokemon). Nevertheless, he manages to be quite original, and his drawings are cute and funny.

Pyromaniac is a 19 year old artist from Chile. Yep, he’s young, and quite talented. His style is influenced by japanese anime, a lot, though he’s developed quite an original style.

Dofus

Dofus is an massive multiplayer online role playing game. It’s free, and it’s a pretty good game actually.

Anyway, focusing on the subject of this site, I found a blog of one of the illustrators of this game, who uploaded a few illustrations related to the game mentioned above. You can see them here and here.

Very nice drawings, wonderful style. It’s really worth a visit, and if you have the chance, you should download dofus and start playing.

Skullbites

Though I don’t understand anything that is said at skullbites.com, I do know the artwork hosted there is great. Lots of drawings, there are some of sexy girls, so you may like them.
