I don’t know who or what they are, I just know it’s a cool site. It looks like The3some invite illustrators to collaborate with some artwork and create a ‘universe’. Who knows, why don’t you go there, then come back and tell me what it’s all about.

Amateur illustrator
I don’t think I’ve posted this before, and it isn’t even new. You probably know about amateurillustrator.com, and if you didn’t know about that site, you’ve been missing a lot.
It’s a community, it offers you galleries, forums, and articles. You can join as well, and start uploading your own work for the world to see.
